3. Payment Terms

All service fees are payable in advance before we begin managing any account. Payments can be made via cryptocurrency (USDT preferred), bank transfer, or other approved methods. Prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed orders will be honored at the quoted price.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading forex and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. While our team employs professional risk management strategies, past performance does not guarantee future results. Clients acknowledge that trading involves risk and that no guaranteed profits can be promised.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy allows for either a free retry or service fee refund if a challenge fails due to rule violations during our management. Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days. We do not refund in cases where the prop firm acts in bad faith or engages in scam behavior.

6. Limitation of Liability

Passing Prop Challenges shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of service fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through our official channels.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international trade laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
